Everyone now agrees power is the constraint. The more useful question is how much of the queued demand was ever real.
Grid operators are being asked to plan around gigawatts that were never going to be built. Speculative filings, duplicate sites, options dressed as commitments. Underwriting the queue as demand is how you overpay for land.
Curious whether others are seeing the same.

🚀 This is a MASSIVE deal! The Fed just held rates steady and here's why it changes EVERYTHING! 🔥
Here are 5 things you NEED to know: 1. Rates didn't move (huge!) 2. Markets are reacting fast 3. This affects every investor 4. The implications are enormous 5. Nobody is talking about this

The Fed held steady again — no surprise there. What's worth watching is the language shift in the statement: "elevated uncertainty" replaced "moderate progress," which suggests the committee is less confident about disinflation than it was in March.
Markets are pricing this as a hawkish hold. The two-year yield moved up 6bps on the news, and Fed funds futures pushed the first cut from July to September.
Powell's press conference will matter more than the statement. If he leans into the labor market softening, expect the rate-cut narrative to come back quickly.

"I'm not a writer and I don't have time to be one. I say what I think and Newsframe turns it into a post that sounds like me. One of those posts reached a family office with over $5 billion in capital. We're partnering with them now."

When my firm started posting on LinkedIn about our industry, something shifted.
People started reaching out to us, instead of the inverse.
Clients, investors and partners we would never have gotten in front of otherwise. The only problem was the time. A good post with a proper graphic ate the better part of a morning.
So I built Newsframe. When the inbound kept coming, I opened it up.

Questions, answered
The things partners and principals ask before they start.
Yes. You describe your voice once in settings, and every draft is written from what you actually say rather than from a template. It comes back in a conversation, so you steer it in plain language until it reads like you.
A blank chat box leaves the work to you: finding the story, checking the facts, shaping the tone, then building a graphic somewhere else. Newsframe runs the whole pipeline. It brings you the story, researches it live so the specifics are right, drafts it in your voice, and builds the branded graphic in one pass.
Under five minutes. The stories are waiting each morning, the draft comes from a sentence or two of your reaction, and the graphic is built in your brand. No editing rounds, no hour a day.
Newsframe surfaces real, current stories from across the web and researches each one live as it writes, so the specifics are right. If the story you want isn't in the feed, search a topic or paste the article link. You see the story and the draft before anything goes out.
Yes. Your logo, colors and type are set once, and every graphic is built in that brand automatically. No Canva, no design tools. It looks like your firm made it.
Likes aren't the goal, the right conversation is. When you consistently put sharp thinking in front of people who allocate capital, some of them reach out. Novaro's partnership with a family office started with one post.
No. Newsframe drafts; you publish. Every post is reviewed and sent by you, and nothing is posted on your behalf. The decision to publish always stays with you.
Because the alternative is a ghostwriter or agency at several thousand a month, or an hour of your own time every day. The seven-day trial lets you see the work before you decide.

Your Industry
This is baked into every search and post to keep results relevant to your sector.
Short phrases work best — "Healthcare" or "Aviation" rather than full descriptions. Very narrow industries may return fewer trending stories.
Writing Voice
Describe your style: tone, sentence length, the things you avoid. The more specific you are, the better, and every post will mirror it.
