These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Newsframe ("Service"). By accessing or using Newsframe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Newsframe is a web-based tool that helps you turn news stories into branded social media posts using AI. The Service includes story search, post generation, and branded graphic creation. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
You must create an account to use most features of Newsframe. Account creation and authentication are handled by Clerk, our identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Newsframe offers a free plan with limited usage and a Pro plan ($39/month or $29/month billed annually). Paid plans are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We offer a 7-day refund window from your initial purchase. If you're unsatisfied with Pro within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at joe@novarocapital.com for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Annual subscriptions are refundable within the same 7-day window from the initial purchase, not from each annual renewal.

You retain ownership of the content you create using Newsframe, including the posts and graphics you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through our AI provider (Anthropic) to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your outputs and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Newsframe uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate post drafts and image captions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or biased framings. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
Newsframe, its name, logo, and underlying software are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF NEWSFRAME IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You can stop using Newsframe and delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitations of liability, etc.) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Newsframe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You waive any objection to venue in those courts.
